Delivery Time
As a rule we will deliver as fast as possible, but some times a delay in the order recieving, or very busy times may delay the deliery with a unknown time. We usually recieve orders in les than 2 minutes from the time that the orders are placed on the website and there after all orders take approximately 20 minutes to prepare and sent off to the customer there the delivery time depends on the distance that we have to travel to deliver the product.
But we assure you that our team are doing their best to deliver all the orders as speedely as possible.

Returns
We regret to state that no returns will be accepted on any wrong orders made by patrons. If there where any mistakes during the ordering process made by Cosmopolitan Coffee & Bistro an investigation will be conducted and your wrongly delivered products will be refunded or corrected in full as soon as possible.
