Delivery Time
We do hold a wide range of products but not every one of the product we currently have on offer, so we do have to source some products direct from the suppliers in those instances.
Most others will take 5 working days.We will also communicate with you at all stages of the process.
Deliveries in Newcastle, KZN town will be done within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Transit Time
Transit times is currently 24 to 48 hours from collection. Outlaying areas may take up to 72 hours and Speed Services Couriers might use a third party courier. Please note that we only count business days when calculating transit times.
Transit times for Newcastle, Town will be less than 24 hours for orders placed before 15:00 on products that is in stock. Local deliveries will be done between 10:00 and 16:00 daily excluding weekends.

Shipping Methods
Our preferred courier partner is Speed Services. Speed Services Couriers are a specialised pharmasutical courier company with a good reputation, they are utilised by some of the biggest pharmasutical copanies in the country and offer tailored services in the delivery of any pharmasutical products, we have the greatest confidence in them meeting our high standards of customer service and delivery. Tracking is available from the moment that your order is collected. Please ensure that you list the address that the order is to be delivered too during business hours, when placing an order. Speed Services require a signature to complete the transaction.

Address Changes
If you made a mistake and need to change the address on your package, check with us to see if we have shipped it out - Click here

If we have not yet couriered it, we will be happy to make the change for you even if that means pulling it from our warehouse and re-print a label. If it is collected, we may not be able to do anything until the package arrives at the original destination. In-transit change requests typically cost us R 25,00 which will be charged to your account, shipment will also be delayed by 2 to 3 days.

Substitutions
Engage Sport Nutrition reserves the right to ship you the same exact product you ordered in the quantity you ordered in more than one container, in the unlikely case that the specific product you ordered is not in stock. For example, if you order a 90 capsules, we may send you 2 x 45 capsules in order to get your order out to you as fast as possible. We do this to serve you better and we usually try to include extras for you when we do.

Courier Delays
If the shipping courier experiences a service delay, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. We will contact them to chase your order up from our side, please feel free to contact them directly and ask them what is going on with your package. If they fail to meet a service guarantee, we can not re-ship product or refund you for your entire order.

Packaging
Engage Sport Nutrition send all orders in standard boxes with a shipping label. If you have any special requests in regards to the shipment of certain products, please contact

Returns
We regret to state that no returns will be accepted on any wrong orders made by patrons. If there where any mistakes during the ordering process made by Engage Sport Nutrition an investigation will be conducted and your wrongly delivered products will be refunded or corrected in full as soon as possible.

Minimum Delivery Totals
Please take note that we are not able to ship orders to the a value of less than R 100,00 on national deliveries and R 80,00 for free delivery in Newcastle, KZN.
